We now have both in person and virtual sessions - if you are scheduled for an in person, you will not be admitted into a virtual session.
Please refer to your notice.
To join your Virtual Court Date, find your date under Virual Court Dates and click Registration Link. Once you enter your information into the form, you will receive an email with the Link that will bring you to the session.
You can only click this link on the correct day and time of Court. Make sure you are signing in with your full name and remain muted.
A short video followed by written and verbal instructions explaining how the session will run will take place.
After speaking to the Prosecutor, you will speak to the Judge.
You can also come down on your day of Court to make a full payment or request a Time Payment.
Please be advised, the Court session will be recorded to create an accurate transcript.

In Person is scheduled for 11:00 am and 12:00 pm, you will only be admitted into the Courtroom when Virtual Court is over. Fines are expected in full, a request for Time Payment may also be submitted.

If you desire the services of the Public Defender, you must complete an application at the Court office.
If you are approved, there is usually a fee of $200.00 charged to you. This amount should be paid in full prior to your appearance in court.

At the top of the exit, turn left onto Route 539 South. *Go 3.3 miles to the third traffic light (Route 9 or East Main Street--Dunkin Donuts is on your left and across from you on the right is WaWa). At the traffic light, turn left. Approximately 1.1 miles up on right is the Borough Hall.
